Pick up your 10th Annual Nelson's Ride tickets, Event T-shirts (limited
amount - get early !) and MMSF raffle tickets at these locations or

To help offset
the administrative, overhead and Event costs of the Survivor’s
Funds, we conduct an annual raffle. This year, in line
with the 10th Annual Nelson's Ride, we have six (6) prizes:

10 - $100 bills
(= $1,000)

(= $500)

bills (= $200)

10 - $10 bills
(= $100)

10 - $5 bills
(= $50)

10 - $1 bills
(= $10)

Plus,
who ever sells the most tickets wins $100 cash!!!
Tickets proceeds help offset the
costs of running the Survivor Fund's
Events so your
donation at the Events goes
into the pool of funds to help local families riders
killed and/or seriously injured in motorcycle accidents,
and to promote motorcycle safety, education and
awareness programs to reduce those accidents. Your
donation is tax deductible as the MMSF, Inc. is a 501c3
nonprofit corporation run and worked all by volunteers.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Raffle Tickets will
be mailed via Priority Mail to you five (5) days before the
event.

Online
credit card purchases will close on Saturday, August 15 at
11:59PM. (Sunday we will package the orders for mailing on
Monday, August 16.)

We will
ship all tickets and merchandise via Priority Mail on Monday,
August 17th before the ride that weekend.
2009 - MMSF, Inc. -
Official Raffle Rules
1. This raffle has been permitted by the
City of Gloucester,
Massachusetts, and is subject to all rules and
regulations of the State Lottery Commission. Winner
need not be present to win.
2. Board Members of the MMSF, Inc., and their
immediate families are not eligible.
3. Winners are responsible for all taxes, and
will receive a 1099-MISC INCOME tax reporting form, in
2010, for an estimated
value of prizes (See below). Final figure will be based
upon actual receipts paid by the MMSF, Inc., for the
prizes awarded in this raffle. Winning tickets MAY BE
transferred to another, in writing, and/or donated back
to the MMSF, Inc.
4. There will be six (6)
winners of one prize as listed above. If a winner
purchased more than one ticket, they ARE eligible for
additional prizes. Also, whoever sells tickets for this
MMSF Raffle, writes their name of the back of the
returning stub, will be entered into a contest for
being the highest ticket seller and will be awarded
$100. (The MMSF on-line sales do not qualify for this
contest).
5. Purchasers of MMSF Raffle tickets agree in
advance the MMSF, Inc., is not responsible for property
damage or bodily injury as a result delivery,
installation or use of these prizes.
6. Random drawing will be held, Sunday, August
23 (or August 30 if 8/23 rained
out) 2009, at Nelson's Ride, based upon the sale
of at least three hundred ticket sales. The purchase of
a raffle ticket may be a charitable donation. Check
with your tax adviser and/or attorney.
7. Decisions of the MMSF, Inc., Board are final,
unless appealed within five days after the drawing to
the State Lottery Commission.
8. All persons purchasing raffle tickets agree
in advance to the MMSF, Inc., maintaining their mailing
address for notice of future MMSF, Inc., events. The
MMSF, Inc., will NOT sell or offer to others its mailing
list to others.
9. Winners of raffle
agree in advance to allow the release of their name and
use of photos to the MMSF, Inc., for promotional
purposes for no additional compensation.
