“Makin’ Lemonade” with Greg Reynolds
At “Bikers Helping Bikers Weekend Motorcycle Rally” (Topsfield, MA)
Facebook Event Page
The comeback strength of a human spirit will be on demonstration by Army Veteran and motorcycle accident victim Greg Reynolds of Dighton (MA) in his attempt to perform 100 one arm push-ups.
A decorated Iraq combat veteran, Reynolds defied many odds during his 15 month deployment to Iraq in 2003-2004. However, it is what happened when he returned home that truly changed his life.
On June 22, 2008, life as Greg knew it ended, when an older driver failed to yield, and entered Greg’s lane of travel, causing his motorcycle to crash. His injuries due to this other driver’s negligence included traumatic brain injury – diffuse axonal injury (DAI), fractured C1, C7, T4, T5, and first rib, cardiac contusion, profound ARDS – acute respiratory disease syndrome, puncture wound to the chest, right hand dislocation with nerve damage, left knee open laceration, and his left arm traumatically amputated.
“Greg’s Battalion” is being established to ask riders, veterans and supporters to ‘report for duty,’ and donate.

Sports were so instrumental to Greg’s mental, emotional, and social healing that he wanted to do more to help others discover the benefits of an active lifestyle regardless of your circumstance. With that in mind, “MAKIN’ LEMONADE” was established to inspire and promote a positive and active lifestyle when life has handed you lemons, which can pertain to a number of life’s events (including motorcycle accidents!).
